In-Kind Donations
Habitat Lehigh Valley provides opportunity for affordable homeownership to qualified disadvantaged families. Habitat houses are sold at cost with a zero-interest mortgage, which is often substantially lower than the rent these partner families paid for substandard housing.
In-kind donations make it possible for Habitat to keep the cost affordable. However, any material donations must meet the specific building standards established by Habitat and must meet local construction guidelines.
