Construction Opportunities
We're growing and building more and more each year! Join us as we offer a hand up, not a hand out, to hardworking families in the Lehigh Valley.
Habitat works continuously throughout the year and can certainly use your help. We also have building 'Blitz Weeks' usually held in the spring and the fall where a home is raised from the foundation to the roof.

 Sign up to volunteer by filling out your information on the Volunteer Hub site. Listen to our Orientation and Safety presentations and then let us know when you'd like to be scheduled for work.
For construction, because of insurance reasons, you must be 18 years of age to build during Blitz and on other types of construction through the year. At times, individuals at least 16 years of age can work in the home with a parent or guardian. Please contact the office for more information on those opportunities.
We have hard hats and safety goggles for you to use. But please bring along your own tools and gloves marked with your name for easy identification. Wear suitable work clothing that will cover and protect you and is not flowing or apt to catch on anything. Your shoes should be sturdy and completely enclose your feet (no sandals)
